Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Union Grove Assembly of God church near Montgomery, with Rev. Luther Richardson officiating. Burial will be in Union Grove cemetery under direction of Edmonds Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
Survivors are her widower, James Rufus Shelton Sr. of Montgomery; seven sons, George Shelton and Howard Shelton of Venice, La., Gerald Shelton of Empire, La., Richard Shelton of Henderson, N.C., Gordon Shelton of Vidor, Texas, Carroll Shelton and James R. Shelton Jr., both of Montgomery; two daughters, Ms. Lorraine Murrall of Buras, La., and Mrs. Dorothy Hensley of Wilcox, Ariz.; a brother, B. A. Davis of Montgomery; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Lewis of Montgomery and Mrs. Belle Lewis of Beaumont, Texas, and 25 grandchildren.
