Beverly B. Mason, 61, of Jacksonville, born January 28, 1950, passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2011. She was a member of North Jacksonville Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Velma Whitmire; a sister, Jean Bennett; and a son, Timmy Mason. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Michael Mason; a daughter, Melissa Johnston and husband Richard; and a son, David Mason and wife, D'Etta. She is also survived by two brothers, Ronald and Michael Whitmire; and eight grandchildren, Todd, Kayla, Magen and Mason Johnston, and Robert, Madison, Kaya and Layne Mason.
