Edith Aberle, the 14-year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Casper Aberle, died at the City hospital yesterday forenoon after an operation for appendicitis.
The young lady had been suffering from the affliction for some time and her system was not strong enough to survive the shock of the operation.
She was taken to the hospital Thursday afternoon suffering greatly and Dr. Oviat was summoned from Oshkosh in an effort to save her life but it proved to be of no avail.
The young lady was born in Crystal Falls and spent all of her life in our midst. She was well liked by her associates and her early death is regretted by all.
