ORVILLE ALBERT BORING, 77, New Florence RD 2, died Monday, Dec 9, 1991, at his home.
The son of harry E. and Elizabeth McAdams Boring, he was born Feb. 5, 1914 in West Wheatfield township, indiana County.
Mr. Boring was a member of the Germany United Methodist Church and the Clyde Saddle Club and was a social member of the Bolivar American Legion.
He was a retired employee of C.B. & L. railroad, bethlehem Steel, Johnstown.
Surviving are his wife, Margareath penrose; two children, Mrs. robert (Dorothy) Scarff and Wesley, both of New Florence RD 2; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; a brother, Lloyd, New Florence RD 1; and a sister, Della Barbus; new Florence RD 2
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Annie baird and Olive Penrose; and two brothers, Vall and James.
Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. today and from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Kenneth A Stuart Funeral Home, New Florence, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. R. Kenneth Keiper officiating. Interment will follow in Germany Lutheran Cemetery
