Julie Magleby 1953 ~ 2008 Julie Magleby died on March 22, 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah, from complications related to kidney cancer. Julie was born on July 5, 1953 in Salt Lake City and adopted by Russell and Maude (Jensen) Magleby.
While at South High School, she sang in the Acappella Choir and attended Girl's State. She attended BYU, beauty school and worked in many different jobs. Julie loved sports and animals, especially her two cats, Bittles and Meadow. She had a thirst for knowledge, was adventurous, a fluent conversationalist, and loved people.
She is survived by many cousins and her Uncle McRay and Florence Magleby. Preceded in death by her parents, and her sister, Jann Labrum. Thanks to many health care professionals who cared for Julie with love.
In lieu of lowers please make donations to the Huntsman Cancer Foundation, 500 Huntsman Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108 Graveside services will be held Sat., March 29, 2008, 2 p.m. at the Holladay Memorial Park, 4900 So. Memory Lane, Holladay, Utah.
