Mrs. Julina Coke, 65, Dies at Home Tuesday
Funeral services are scheduled at 2:00 p.m. Thursday for Mrs. Julina Jane Coke, 65, who died in her home at 107 West Sanford Tuesday. Burial will be in Parkdale following rites at Moore's Chapel.
Mrs. Coke, a lifelong resident of Arlington, was the widow of G.A. (Dutch) Coke, former Tarrant County sheriff's deputy who died in 1937.
Survivors include her son, Hugh M. Coke of Atlanta, Georgia; four sisters, Mrs. Sue Souder, Mrs. Myrtle Fanning and Mrs. Clara Fanning, all of Arlington, and Mrs. Helen Franks of Fort Worth; a brother Harvey Tomlin of Arlington and two grandchildren.
Seaman First Class, U.S. Navy George Anderson Coke Jr. her youngest son died in WWII. Crewmember of the USS Oklahoma. Killed in action December 7th, 1941 in Pearl Harbor.
