LINCOLN -- M. Fem Christiatlsen, 80, of Lincoln died Monday, Jan. 5, 1998, in Lincoln.
Mrs. Christiansen was born March 11, 1917, in Butler County to George F. and Mrytle (Easom) Hahn.She graduated from David City High School.
She married Ivan Christiansen Sept. 1, 1938.
She was a retired clerical office worker for the State of Nebraska.
She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Rebeccah FOE and lOOF.
Survivors include one son Cecil of Las Vegas; two daughters and one son-in-law, Edith and Frank Kohout of Lincoln and E. Lucille Hines of Wasilla, Alaska; three sisters-in-law, and one brother-in-law, Olga Hahn of Schuyler, Phyllis Christiansen of Lincoln, and Dorothy and Elmer Christiansen of Madison; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great- great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband in 1963.
Services were held Friday, Jan. 9, at Butherus Maser and Love Funeral Home in Lincoln with the Rev. Harold Stelzer officiating. Graveside services and burial were held at the Schuyler Cemetery.
