Cedarville, Ill., June 1—Mrs. Joanna Yeagle, 87, widow of Cyrus Yeagle, died this morning at 5:30 o'clock at the home of her step-son, Preston Yeagle. in Cedarville after a lingering illness. The body will be taken to the Evangelical church on Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock and services will be conducted there at 2 by Rev. Paul Dunn. Interment will be made in Cedarville cemetery. Mrs. Yeagle was born in Pennsylvania on Feb. 4, 1832, daughter of Joseph and Lydia Hoot. She came with her parents to the vicinity of Cedarville when she was but 6 months old and had lived in or near Cedarville ever since. She was united in marriage on May 20, 1880, at Lena, to Cyrus Yeagle. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. W. K. Mann, of Poplar Bluff, Mo; the step-son, Preston Yeagle of Cedarville; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister, Mr. Noah Coleman, of Freeport.
