CHARLES W. BRANNAN LAST RITES FRIDAY Charles W. Brannan, 82 [1882], of 301 S. Adams st., died at 3:50 p.m. Tues. [1/31/1963]at his home. The body is at Holland and Barry Funeral Home and friends may call there after 3 p.m. Thurs.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Fri. [1/3/1964] from the funeral home with L. H. Appel officiating. Burial will be in Union cemetery.
The deceased was born in Logan county May 19, 1881, the son of Patrick and Lucy Cartmal [sic]. Brannan He married Irma Thompson in Springfield June 13, 1918 and she survives as do a daughter, Mrs. Walter Hower of Lincoln; a sister, Mrs. Hugh Redfairn of Lincoln, and 2 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters.
