Patrolman W. S. Cook said Crigger was walking along the highway with two young men, neither of whom were injured.
He is a son of James Crigger who lives east of Wytheville on Pepper's Ferry road. He is survived by his father and the following brothers and sisters: James C. Crigger, Wytheville; Reese Crigger, Ky.; Edward Crigger, Hamburg, N.J.; Mrs. Robert Dickerson, Mrs. William Cannoy, Mrs. Cliff Hall, Mrs. Landon Reed, Mrs. Kelly Blankenship, of Wytheville; Mrs. Charles Hudson of Hamburg, New Jersey. The interment will be in New Jersey. *
