Charles Robert Watters , 63, of Red Bluff, Calif., brother of Peoria-area residents, died Thursday, May 6, 1993, at Enloe

Community Hospital in Chico, Calif.

Born Feb. 11, 1930, in Tuscola to Daniel and Margaret Watters , he married Betty Buchanan. She survives.

Also surviving are four sons, Richard and Harry Jump, and Danny Watters , all of Red Bluff, and Charles Watters of Cartago, Calif.; two daughters, Lucille Ferris and Vicki Fowler, both of Red Bluff; seven brothers, Myron of Chillicothe, Danny, Jerry and Bub, all of Illinois, William of East Peoria, A.G. of Kingston Mines and Clint of Texas; five sisters, Pauline Cobb of Peoria, Pat Rauthenburg and Cleo Ferguson, both of East Peoria, Hilda Frank of Richland Center, Wis., and Constance Hochstetler of Pekin; and 18 grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Cornerstone Church in Red Bluff. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Hoyt-Cole Chapel of the Flowers in Red Bluff. Cremation will be accorded.
