Graveside service for James V. Stroud, 89, of Fort Worth was Friday, Oct. 18, at Aurora Cemetery. The Rev. Ray Henson officiated.
Stroud died on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2002, in Fort Worth, Texas.
Born on April 23, 1913, in Wise County, he was a retired aircraft assembler for Lockheed. He was a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James G. and Mary (Oates) Stroud and his wife, Myrtice Jenson Stroud.
He is survived by two sisters, Edith Brown and Naomi Ward; two nieces and four nephews.
