Aubrey Price Atkinson, age 100, of Little Rock, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2011.
He was born January 14, 1911, in Houston, Arkansas, a son of Elbert P. Atkinson and Lillie Rouse Atkinson.
He was a member of Little Rock West Assembly of God, retired psychiatric technician, and a World War II Navy Veteran.
Survivors include his wife Reba Jones Atkinson of Little Rock; two sons, Larry Atkinson of Searcy and Rommie Atkinson of Alexander; one sister, Madeline Horton of Morrilton; four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, five sisters, and a great-granddaughter Kynlei Atkinson.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 28, 2011 at Little Rock West Assembly of God.
Burial will be at May Cemetery, near Houston, by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
