Herbert Baehr, 67, route 1, Abbotsford, died of an apparent heart attack at 3 p.m. Friday, June 19, 1970, at his home in the town of Holton.
Funeral services were held at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Dorchester, Tuesday afternoon at 1:30, with the Rev. F.H. Sprengler officiating.

There was congregational singing and Mrs. Ted Schwoch Jr. was the organist.

The pallbearers for the interment in Dorchester Memorial Cemetery were Fred Baehler, Al Baker, John Busse, John Oestreich, Irving Umlauft and Ed Voss.

Arrangements were by Maurina Funeral Home, Dorchester.

Mr. Baehr was born Sept 14, 1902, at Dorchester and received his education in Dorchester schools. He had lived on the farm in the town of Holton since 1941.

He is survived by four sons, and one daughter: James Baehr of Chicago, Illinois, Allen Baehr of Colby, Roger Baehr of Milwaukee, Donald Baehr, with the U.S. Air Force in Germany, and Miss Bonnie Baehr, Eau Claire. There are four grandchildren.

He also leaves a brother and three sisters, Walter Baehr of Milwaukee, Mrs. Elna Wilhelmi of Green Bay, Mrs. Rudolph (Cora) Ewig of Waukegan, Illinois, and Mrs. Norma Hoegel, California.
