She was born April 16, 1013, in Dorchester, Wis., to Arthur and Anna (Parge) Baehr.
Following her graduation from the Milwaukee School of Nursing, she married Dr. Rudolph E. Ewig.
Surviving are two children, Judith Ann (John) Fritsch of Libertyville
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph Ewig, in 1970; by her parents; by her brothers, Arnold, Herbert and Walter Baehr and by her sisters, Elna Wilhelmi and Norma Hoegel.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 27, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 29700 N. St. Mary's Road, in Libertyville, with the Rev. Joleen N. Gleasman, officiating. A visitation will be for one hour prior to the service with a luncheon following at the church. A private time for the family took place Feb. 25 at the Burnett-Dane Funeral Home with a graveside service following at Lakeside Cemetery in Libertyville.
