Florence was the beloved daughter of John A. and Helen F. (Huslig) Debes. She lived with her parents on the family farm until 1980 when they moved to Odin. Following her mother's death in 1987 and her father's in 1999, Florence moved to Great Bend as a client of Rosewood Services. With Rosewood, Florence enjoyed her job making furniture.
She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Odin.
Florence was the cherished sister of five sisters and nine brothers; adored aunt of 43 nieces and nephews and 38 great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two nephews, Brian Debes and Jeff Oberle; and a niece, Megan Escalante.
