Larned Chronoscope December 13, 1889, p. 2
Obituary
ROSAMOND ADAMS. – Born at Larned, Kansas. Sept.6, 1882; died Dec. 7, 1889, Age seven years, five months and one day.
Rosamond, the Prairie flower, as she was known at home was queen of the household and pet of all who knew her. Her bright happy disposition made her a general favorite, and made it always a pleasure to do her will. Her life was pure and spotless, and a loving family rest assured that she has gone to the Home that was prepared so long ago for such as she, when the loving Savior took the little children in his arms and blessed them and said, "Of such is the Kingdom of Heaven."
Buried at the Larned Cemetery, Sunday Dec. 8, 1889.
