Mrs. DeFir was preceded in death by her husband, Kilborn DeFir, daughter, Melissa DeFir, and grandson, Christopher Byers.
Survivors include her son, Dennis DeFir and wife, Sandy of Rayville; grandchildren, Robert DeFir and wife, Bethany DeFir of Arlington, TN, Ryan Clark and wife, Kindle Clark of Memphis, TN, Amber Green and husband, Tommy Green of Rayville, Kevin DeFir of Rayville, Elizabeth Dorris-Ann DeFir of Rayville, and David DeFir of Rayville; great grandchildren, Zachery DeFir of Arlington, TN, Bella DeFir of Arlington, TN, Christopher Ryan Clark of Memphis, TN, Christian Clark of Memphis, TN, and Benjamin Green of Rayville, LA; granddaughter on the way, Mellady Daniel DeFir; sisters, Josephine Walker of Chicago, IL, Bonnie Williams of Rayville, Margret Hafer of Houston, TX, and Jeneva Marcel of Baton Rouge, LA; numerous nieces and nephews.
