Those who survive are a widow, Eliza Jane Adkins, and the following children: Mrs. Lenora Leeds of Portland, B.C. Adkins of Pipestone, Minnesota; Mrs. Bert Scott of land, Clyde D. Adkins of Cashmere, Washington, A.E. Adkins, S.E. Adkins, H.M. Adkins and Mrs. A.H. Asboe, all of Portland, and Mrs. Lloyd L. Thomas of Salem.
Services will be in charge of Sons and Daughters of the Union Army, at the Christian church in Scotts Mills at 2 p.m. Sunday. The I.O.O.F. lodge of which he was a charter member, will have charge of graveside services for the deceased.
