Mrs. J. L. Caldwell, 65, Princeton, died at her home at the Caldwell apartments yesterday afternoon about 6:15 o’clock. She is survived by her husband, J. L. Caldwell, and one son Clyde, of Princeton. Mrs. Caldwell was born in Summers county. The body will remain at the Fredeking-Seaver mortuary until funeral arrangements are completed.

Funeral services for Mrs. J. L. Caldwell, of Princeton, who died in her home at the Caldwell apartments about 6 p.m. Saturday, will be held at 2:30 o’clock today in the First Methodist church, with the Rev. L. D. Roe officiating. Mrs. Caldwell had been in failing health for the past four and one half years. Death was attributed to a cerebral hemorrhage. The daughter of the late L. W. and Katherine Farley of Pipestem, Mrs. Caldwell was born in Summers county, October 3, 1882. On June 23, 1904 she was married to Mr. Caldwell at their home place in Summers county. Mrs. Caldwell was a resident of Princeton for 39 years, moving there from Bluefield, Va. municipality. She was a member of the First Methodist church, the Order of the Eastern Star, and the Daughters of Confederacy.
