Marjorie M. HOFF, 78, Rt. 2, Argos, died at 2 a.m. today in Parkview Hospital, Plymouth.
She was born Nov. 14, 1904, in Center Township of Marshall County to George and Elizabeth SPENCER GURTHET. She lived in the area all her life. She married Carson W. HOFF on Feb. 27, 1927, in South BEnd. He survives. She was a member of the Argos Congregational Christian Church and the Yellowstone Club.
Surviving besides the husband are a son, J.D. HOFF, Rt. 2, Argos; three grandchildren; and a sister, Gladys GREENLEE, Boca Raton, Fla.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Grossman Funeral Home, Argos, with the Rev. Charles BLOOMER officiating. Burial will be in the Argos Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
