Funeral services were held Wednesday for Mrs. Arthur Wasson, 65, widow of the late Arthur H. Wasson, D. & R.G.W. agent at Creede. Mrs. Wasson died early Friday morning at her home in Creede. Mrs. Wasson had made her home in the valley for over a half century. She was formerly Minnie Wilt, daughter of a well- known Del Norte family. Mr. Wasson passed away in late April. The remains were shipped to Denver for cremation.
