Donnie W Riggs was born May 28, 1926 in Jacksboro, Texas to Walter F and Myrtie R (Graves) Riggs. He passed away Monday November 21, 2011 in Wichita Falls, Texas at the age of 85 years.
He worked as a Computer programmer; and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Jacksboro and Oakwood Cemetery Association for many years. He is preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Louise Stutt; and brothers, Lewis, Walter, Tommy and Cecil Riggs.
Survivors are his brother, Bobby Riggs of Jacksboro and sister, Alta Hanes of Idaho.
Funeral Service will be 2 pm Wednesday November 23, 2011 at the First United Methodist Church with burial in Oakwood Cemetery.
