Jakobe Nasir Thomas, 9, of Radcliff, died Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Kabreyia; maternal great grandfather, Woodrow Hood, Sr., paternal grandmother, Loretta Radcliff, maternal great grandfather Walter C. Drake and maternal great grandmother, Hattie Dore Lowe, maternal great great grandparents, Arthur and Hattie Bell Johnson.
He is surved by his parents Reginol and Cynthia Thomas; two sisters, ReAnna and Saniyah Thomas, grandparents, Reginald Thomas, Sr., James & Shirley Scott and Woodrow & Dyanne Hood.
The funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church with Dr. B.T. Bishop officiating. Burial to follow in the Elizabethtown Cemetery. Visitation after 6:00 p.m. Sunday at Percell & Sons Funeral Home
