He was preceded in death by wife Naomi, daughters Deborah and Tammy Starr, sons Paul Starr, Jr and Ricky Starr.

He was survived by a daughter, a son, numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews, a brother and two sisters.
STARR Paul Starr, age 71, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2010 at his residence in Fla. Paul enjoyed shooting pool and bowling in his spare time. Preceded in death by wife Naomi, daughters Deborah and Tammy Starr, sons Paul Starr Jr. and Ricky Starr. Survived by daughter, Tonya Starr; son, Billy Mac; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; brother, Bill Starr; sisters, Alta Mae Starr, and Thelma Luoma. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 2693 W. Broad St., Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., where service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday. Rev. Johnny Lawhead officiating. Inurnment Green Lawn Cemetery at a later date.
