"Kirksville, MO -- Services for Tony Eason Rogers, 41, Oz awkie, Kansas will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Davis-Playle Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home, Kirksville. Burial will be in Parkview Memorial Gardens, Kirksville.

Mr. Rogers died Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2001, at Lawrence (Kansas) Memorial Hospital after a long illness.

He was born April 28, 1960, in Kirksville, the son of Harold Dean and Edna Catherine (Mitchell) Rogers.

He graduated from Kirksville High School and earned a bachelor' s degree in business and an associate of arts degree in air conditioning and refrigeration from Central Missouri Stat e University, Warrensburg. He had lived in Ozawkie, Kansas, for 15 years.

Mr. Rogers co-owned and operated Comfortek Services, Ozawakie, Kansas, where he was an air flow adjusting engineer since 1986. He was a member of Mo-Kan chapter of National Environmental Balancing Bureau in Kansas City.

He married Tina Kay Byrd on Aug. 22, 1981, at Kirksville. She survives in the home.

Other survivors include two sons, Tristan Nathaniel and Travis Colton, both of the home; and two brothers, Randy D., Phoenix, and Alan, Portland, Oregon.

Friends may call from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. today a t Barnet Funeral Home, Oskaloosa, Kansas.
