Born June 10, 1922 in Angle, Utah to James Earl and Anna Hazel Minchey West. Married Douglas F. Thiede March 3, 1944; solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple February 16, 1965. Active member in the LDS Church, she was active in Relief Society and she enjoyed quilting.
Survived by husband; two sons, Robert Douglas (Skip) and wife Lu, Mt. Clemmens MI; William Jay and wife Judy, Sandy; daughter, Carla Ann and husband Nelson Patton, West Valley; 12 grandchildren one great-grandchild; four sisters, Ardella Holgate, Fontella Clift, Melba Wilcock, Dorothy Peterson.
Funeral services will be 12:00 noon, Wednesday, March 4, 1992, at McDougal Golden Rule Funeral Home 4330 South Redwood Road, where friends may call Tuesday, from 6-8 p.m. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates.
