Mrs. William Aebischer, 79, nee Lucy Weeks, passed away Monday evening at her home in Chilton following a lingering illness. She had resided there for the past 37 years and prior to that lived on a farm, "Evergreen Valley," in the town of Charlestown.
Born in the town of Charlestown on July 25, 1872. the daughter of Thomas and Mary Weeks, she attended country school and the Chilton High school.
She was married Nov. 17. 1892, in the town of Charlestown to William Aebischer. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, the Cemetery Ladies' Aid society, the Woman's club and St. Margaret guild of St. Boniface Episcopal church.
Survivors are: her husband; a son, Frederick C. of Chilton; a daughter. Mrs. Livyna Albers of Chilton; two grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren; three sisters. Mrs. Alice Molg of Chilton, Mrs. Mino Bowe of Milwaukee and Mrs. Bertha Norris of Wausau.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a. m. at the Erbe-Hoffmann Funeral home in Chilton with the Order of Eastern Star conducting the services, and at 10:30 a. m. at St. Boniface Episcopal church with the Rev. Edmund Webster officiating. Interment will be made In Hillside cemetery.
