Clarence Woodrow Hamilton Sr age 95 of Dardanelle died Sunday, November 13, 2011 at River Valley Medical Center.
He was born January 4, 1916 at Perry County to the late Felix and Alline Brown Hamilton.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Anita Gregory; sisters, Ola Mae Humphrey, Lou Ella Bull, Bonnie Daggs.
Survivors include his wife of 77 years, Thelma Warren Hamilton of Dardanelle; his son, Woody Jr and Brenda Hamilton of Dardanelle; one daughter and two sons-in-law, Linda and Tom Cribs of Visalia, CA, Wally Gregory of Benton; brother, Alvin Hamilton of New Mexico; sisters, Dovie Tanner of Dardanelle; eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M., Friday, November 18, 2011 at Oak Grove Cemetery in Dardanelle with Rev. Ed Seay and Larry Humphrey officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, 11:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Friday 9:00 A.M. to noon at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Josh Hamilton, Blake Hamilton, Tommy Cribbs, Mike Gregory and David Gregory.
