Lloyd Jesse Marti was born to his loving parents David Benjamin and Hattie Josephine (Brown) Marti on Friday February 1, 1901 at Hasting, Adams County Nebraska. Lloyd was the older of two siblings. My research found no information on Lloyd's early childhood. Lloyd was united in marriage to Fern Harbaugh on Christmas Day Sunday December 25, 1927 at 1:30p at Lincoln, Lancaster County Nebraska, they were blessed with two sons over the year of their marriage. Lloyd was a graduate of the University of Nebraska law college and he practiced law in Lincoln. Lloyd was affiliated with the firm of Perry and Van Pelt. Lloyd was the mayor of the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County from 1943 to 1947. Lloyd sadly passed on Friday August 26, 1994 at Lancaster County at the age of 93 years, 6 months, 25 days which does not include his last day, he lived a total of 34,174 days. My research found no information on Lloyd's funeral service. Lloyd was interred in the Lincoln Memorial Park of Lincoln.
