Sarah was the mother of William Calvin Freeman, husband of Rose E. Ross, John B. Freeman, husband of Angelina, Mary E. Freeman, wife of James B. Gambill, Nancy M. Freeman, wife of William Earnhart, Jacob B. Freeman, husband of Amanda M. Dixon, Evalina Freeman who died young, Otha Nilus Freeman, husband of Nancy Thompson, Allen Freeman husband of Polly C. Ivy, and Thomas Freeman, who lived with his father after Sallie died, in Symsonia, Graves Co., KY. Her son Jacob B. was named after her father Jacob Lentz, and possibly her uncle Benjamin. Of her many siblings was; John 1802, Charles 1803, Sophia 1806, Nancy 1808, Elizabeth 1808, Jacobus 1809, and David 1814, Nathan 1819, Margaret 1822, and a few others who may have died in Dalton, GA, around 1865.
