HILLARD OVERTON. Funeral for Hillard Overton, 71, will be Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Rev. George V. Clark will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Fuller Sheffield Funeral Service, Inc. Overton died Friday in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Lucille Bunton and Mrs. Mattie M. Johnson, both of Albuquerque, Mrs. Ida M. Maxwell of Austin; two sons, Rev. Ermond Overton of Austin and Richard Overton of Albuquerque; four sisters, Mrs Annie J. Bell of Austin, Mrs. Dora Bradford of Palo Alto, Calif., Mrs. Lily Mae Watkins and Mrs. Lola Sneed both of Seattle; two brothers, Richard Overton of Austin and Ervin of Los Angeles; 13 grandchildren and six Joe great-grandchildren.
