Emmett Edmond Anglin, 71, died Wednesday at Williamson Medical Center.
A native of Williamson County, Mr. Anglin was a retired employee of Fox Brothers Sawmill. He was a member of Emanuel Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mary Anglin of the Bending Chestnut community; two sons, Eddie Anglin of the Bending Chestnut community and Harley Anglin of Nashville; three daughters, Mrs. Linda Crowder and Brenda Anglin of the Bending Chestnut community and Mrs. Donna Mitchell of Franklin, five brothers, James K. Anglin of the Bending Chestnut Community; George R. Anglin, L.G. Anglin and Carlton Anglin of Leipers Fork, and Guy W. Anglin of Franklin; three sisters, Mrs. Emma Tomlin of Franklin, Mrs. Mamie Pewitt of Leipers Fork and Mrs. Imogene Ray of Franklin: six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. today in the chapel of Franklin Memorial Funeral Home with Helen Newcome and Gilbert Fox officiating. Burial will be in Anglin Cemetery in Fairview. Friends and nephews will serve as pallbearers.
