On Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011 heaven welcomed Roselyn L. Einselen through its gates. Roselyn passed away peacefully in her home with family and loved ones close.
She was born Nov. 21, 1918, one of four children, to the late George LeMaster and Evelyn Childers LeMaster. Roselyn was the beloved wife of the late Loren R. Einselen for over 35 years.
Roselyn left behind three children — Eldon Einselen of Goshen, Connie Vermilion of Peru, and Paul Einselen of Tampa; eight grandchildren — Terry (Teri) Vermilion, Angela (Greg) Locklear, Ryan (Cyndi) Vermilion, Kate Einselen, Ann Einselen, Paul David Einselen, Nicholas Einselen, and Amanda Einselen; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Loree Brethren Church and her dedication in life was her Lord and Savior. She was an adored mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and a wonderful friend to many. Roselyn was an avid gardener and loved flowers of any kind. She touched the lives of many people with her strong faith, kind heart and quit wit.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 7, 2011 at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Winter officiating. The family will accept visitors 2-5 p.m. Sunday evening at the funeral home.
Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery, Miami County. Arrangements entrusted to Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 W. Third Street, Peru.
