MARION - Earl David Ammons, 40, died Thursday at his residence.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at Smith Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will be in Devotion Gardens.

Mr. Ammons was born in Marion County, a son of Mr. and Mrs. L. B. Ammons, Sr. of Marion.

Surviving in addition to his parents are, three brothers, George Ammons of Salina, Calif., Wayne Ammons and L. B. Ammons, Jr., both of Marion; and a sister, Mrs. Leon James of Marion.
