Was born March 20th 1941,in Mineral Wells Tx, to Alvin Walker and Willie Edna Fulfer, Patsy married William Eugene Lockwood Sep 27th 1956 in Mineral Wells Tx. 3 daughters were born to this union Carol,Cheryl and Cindy, she married 2nd Barry A Weddleton Oct 4th 1975 in Slidell La, and inherited 4 beautiful step- children, whom she loved dearly and raised as her own, Barry Jr, Paula Jane, Cole Robert and Raelene. Patsy passed away March 25th 2003 in Mineral Wells Tx surrounded by her daughters and grandchildren
