A Sad Death

Died, Tuesday, April 13, 1909, Mrs. Jennie E. ANDERSON, wife of W J. ANDERSON, of this city. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. F. E. WILLIAMS, Thursday morning and interment was made in I. O. O. F. cemetery with Masonic ceremonies.

Jennie Estella BRADLEY was born in Magoupin county, Ill., June 23, 1873, and later moved to Marion, Kans., with her father and mother, where she was married to Wm. J. ANDERSON, Octo. 7, 1891. She moved to Oklahoma with her husband in 1900, came to Shattuck three years ago. She united with the Methodist Episcopal Church South in the year 1905; lived a consistent christian and a worthy member of her church, until called to live with her Christ. She died in Shattuck, Okla., April 13, 1909, age 35 years, 9 months and 20 days. She leaves a father, mother, two sisters, four brothers, husband, five children and a host of friends to mourn her loss.
