Bud C. Buck, 50, passed away at his home Sunday August 29th. He was born March 5, 1926 to Mell and Mary Buck in Rosalie, Nebraska. On October 4, 1949 he was united in marriage to Jean Ginger Bailey in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. He grew up as a child in Nebraska, coming west to Vancouver, Washington. He came to this area from Vancouver in 1942. He worked as a millwright in the lumber industry. He had served with the Army in WWI and was a member of the international Woodworker Local, and attended the Catholic church.

He is survived by his wife, Jean of Sandpoint, one son Rick of Sandpoint, two daughters, Carolyn Martin of Clarkston, Washington, and Debbie Buck of Sandpoint, two grandchildren Jimmy and Jamisue Marting, two brothers, Gerald and Tom of Sandpoint, two sister Eunice Brown of Memphis, Tenn. And Beverly Anderson of Sandpoint and his mother Coena M. Buck of Sandpoint, also Numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at the Pinecrest Memorial Park Wednesday September 1st at 11:00 a.m. with Father Danneker of Spokane, officiating.
