Jessie Pauline Brunner,formerly of Knarr Street, DuBois, died Wednesday, May 3, 2006, at the DuBois Nursing Home.
She was born Dec. 24, 1908, in Markton, a daughter of the late Samuel A. & Lydia E. Burkett. On 3 August 1925, she married Harry R. Brunner, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Brunner was a member of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church in DuBois, and she was a homemaker.
Surviving relatives include three sons:
Harry Brunner Jr. of State College,
Robert Brunner and Edward Brunner, both of DuBois;
a daughter, Olive Graham of DuBois;
seven grandchildren; three step-grandchildren;
five step-great-grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren;
and three step-great-great-grandchildren.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
In addition to her parents & husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Virginia Lee;
five sisters; and two brothers.
Friends will be received May 6, 2006, at the Mohney-Yargar Funeral Chapel in DuBois.
A funeral service will be held at the funeral chapel with the Rev. M. Timothy Connor officiating.
Interment will follow in Devers Cemetery, Rossiter.
