Lucille Compton 74,went to be with her Lord & Savior after losing a battle with cancer she was a beloved mother,grandmother,sister,daughter,aunt & friend. she was preceded in death by husband Clarence "Cat" Compton. her 2 baby daughters Patricia Compton and Helen Kay Compton her father Joseph Lee Andy Collum. she was survived by 2 daughters Peggy Whitehead & her husband Ray of Goodwill,Louisiana and Connie May & her husband Raymond of Stephens,Arkansas , 1 son Roy Compton & his wife Judy of Kermit,Texas, her mother Inez Allman of Pioneer,Louisiana 2 brothers: Jody collum and Leon Collum both of Kermit,Texas.4 sisters:Fannie Buffington of Rainer,Oregon Joyce Wilson of Mesquite,Texas,Cherry compton [married to Cat's brother R.H "Tim" Compton] of Oak Grove,Louisiana and Wanda Nelson of Pioneer,Louisiana.also survived by her step-father Herbert Allman of Pioneer,Louisiana. plus her many grandchildren ,great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild & 2 son-in-laws and a daughter-in-law plus many friends and her church family at Pioneer Assembly of God Church.step-father Herbert Allman died June 7 2004.
