Beverly Gail Mitchell, 81, of Idaho Falls died at Idaho Falls Health & Rehab of heart failure. She was born to William J. Mitchell and Rose Larson. She grew up on a farm northwest of Bainville, Montana, and graduated from high school in 1942. Following graduation she worked in Washington D.C. for a year, returning in 1943 to attend the Columbus School of Nursing in Great Falls, Montana, where she graduated in 1946. Beverly received her B.S. in nursing from Denver University and her Masters in Public Health Nursing from the University of Washington. She retired from nursing in 1986. In February, 2005, she moved to Idaho Falls. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Great Falls, Montana. Beverly is survived by her sister, Marjie Stennes of Wolf Point, nieces, Linda (Ralph) Moncrief of Idaho Falls, ID, Marcy Stennes of Burke, VA, Pat Stennes of Wolf Point, MT, great nieces Heidi Guza of Idaho Falls, ID, Kayte (Chris) Howell of Great Falls, MT, Briarly Stennes of Barstow, CA, great great nephews, Jakeb and Austin Guza of Idaho Falls, ID and Jackson Howell of Great Falls, MT. At Beverly's request, cremation preceded a private graveside service in Culbertson, Montana.
