Charles Edward Dixon, 41, son of Tilford and Ada (Crowley) Dixon was born November 15, 1940 at Houston. He died October 29, 1982.
Survivors include one son and one daughter, David and Melissa Dixon of Cabool; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tilford Dixon of Houston; two brothers, Edgar Dixon of Eldora, Iowa and Ronnie Dixon of Houston and one sister, Betty Van Deusen of Houston.
He spent much of his life in the Houston area, where he was a mechanic by trade.
Graveside services were held Monday, November 1 at the Dykes Cemetery, with the Rev. Bob White officiating, under the direction of Evans Funeral Home of Houston.
