Della M. (Cook) Julian, 92, Anderson, died Aug. 11, 2004, at Bethany Pointe after an extended illness.

She was born March 2, 1912, in Randolph County, and lived most of her life in Anderson. She was owner/operator of City Tent & Awning for many years then Anderson Canvas Products began the awning business in 1935.

Survivors include a daughter, Betty J. and Charles Henry of Anderson; two stepsons, Bob and Peg Julian of Jackson, Mich., and Rowland and Alice Julian of Missouri; two nieces, Betty Jane Sanford of Madison, Wis., and Florence Ganger of Winchester; five grandchildren and spouses, Debbie and Tim Chambers, Mike and Becky Henry, Darren and Tammy Henry, Greg and Luanne Julian and Gary Julian; 10 great-grandchildren, Brad and Julie McCord, Tiffany and Josh Miller, Jovan Henry, Shanna Henry, Justin Henry, Taylor Wiand, Carrie Julian Cooper, Molly Julian, Jeff Chambers and Mike Chambers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Leroy ?Bob? Julian, whom she married Nov. 19, 1930, in New Castle, on April 30, 1982; and a son, Donald Julian, on Nov. 18, 1992.

Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with the Rev. Jim Rogers of North Anderson Church of God officiating. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
