Mrs. Ada Creel Harpold, 79, of Cottageville, died last Thursday evening at her home. Funeral services were held Saturday at the Casto Funeral Home in Evans. The Rev. William Sullivan officiated, and burial was in the Pleasant View Cemetery near Ravenswood. She was born at Ripley, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Donovan. She is survived by one son, Charles of Cottageville; two sisters, Mrs. Edith Withrow of South Charleston, and Mrs. Pearl Fields of Staats Mills; six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
