Daniel and his family are in the 1830 and 1840 Anderson County, Tennessee census. He was listed in the 1850 Anderson County Mortality Census as dying of Cholera at age 60 but his real age was 65.
The estate of Daniel Beets was inventoried and sold on 25 September 1849. Casper Webber was named guardian of the minor heirs. His wife, Sarah, died April 1880 of paralysis in Anderson County, Tennessee.
