Wolcott. May 5. The funeral of James Gallagher, Jr., 19, was held Sunday from the Methodist Episcopal Church at North Huron. Mr. Gallagher enlisted in the navy seven weeks ago and was sent to the Great Lakes training station in Illinois, where he died. He leaves his father James Gallagher Sr. of Huron; four brothers, of whom one, Fred Gallagher is in the service also three sisters Misses Mary and Rnth Gallagher of Rochester and Mrs. Margaret Davenport of Resort. Burial was made in the Huron Cemetery.
He died of influenza and measles while at the Great Lakes Training Station.
