Edna Louise Washam, 71 of rural Salisbury, Missouri formerly of Grandview, Missouri died Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Skaggs Regional Medical Center in Branson, Missouri. She was born October 21, 1940 in Grove Springs, Missouri the daughter of Ernest and Mary (Ballard) Weaver. Edna married Ray Howerton and he survives of Davenport, Ia; she later married Victor Washam on July 3, 1983 in Kansas City, Missouri and he survives of the home. Mrs Washam worked for 37 years for Certain-Teed Fiberglass in Kansas City, Kansas as a forklift driver and retired in 2003. Survivors include her mother, Mary Weaver of Grove Springs, Mo; husband Victor of the home, three daughters, Elaine (Randall) Phalp of Lenexa, Ks; Theresa Hoffman of Grandview, Mo; Tina (Dave) Hester of Kansas City, Mo; four step-sons, Donald Washam of Kearney, Mo; Rodney (Insuk) Washam of St. Louis, Mo; Jerry Lee (Pete) Washam of Kearney, Mo; Danny (Paula) Washam of Columbia, Mo; four brothers, Everett Weaver of Springfield, Mo; Dean, Clifford and Greg Weaver all of Grove Springs, three sisters, Awana Weaver of Lebanon, Mo; Kathy Angst of Phillipsburg, Mo; Shirley Ballard of Grove Springs, many grandchildren and great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, sister, Irene Johnson and a granddaughter, Ranee Potts.
