OLD RESIDENT DIED YESTERDAY
Mrs. Elizabeth MILLIKEN (sic - MILLIKIN) Passed Away Last Night At 8:10 O'clock
Mrs. Elizabeth MILLIKEN (sic), widow of the late Dr. John MILLIKEN, died at her home on East Broadway street, last evening at 8:10 o'clock after an illness of several weeks. Funeral arrangements are pending the arrival of her son, Joseph, a resident of Orange, Texas.
The decedent has been a resident of Fairfield for over 50 years, coming here from Pennsylvania shortly after her marriage. She was born April 10, 1842, and would have been 80 years of age next Monday. Mrs. MILLIKEN (sic) was a member of the Presbyterian church for many years.
Her husband, Dr. MILLIKEN (sic), who was an active physician here for many years, died some time ago as did also a son, William. She is survived by one son, Joseph MILLIKEN (sic) of Orange, Texas.
