Myrtle Ann MacFarlane was born December 26, 1886 in Elk Grove, Wisconsin, daughter of Margaret Ann Moody and Daniel MacFarlane.
She died at 3 p.m. Monday, January 23, 1961 at Swedish Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She resided in Minneapolis for the last 35 years of her life, where she worked as a practical nurse.
She had married Ralph Lambert Sept 20, 1912 in Minneapolis; however, they were later divorced and she resumed using her maiden name.
Funeral services were held Friday, January 27 at the Haudenshield Funeral Home, Cuba City, with burial in Mt Pleasant Cemetery. The Rev. Fay Johnson officiated. Casket bearers were Guerdon Steinhoff, Milton Steinbach, Roy Christon, Delbert McDermott, John Tarrell and Frank Jeffery.
She was survived by one brother, George MacFarlane, West Bend, Wis., six nephews, Twing Sands, Platteville; Donald Sands, Chicago; Delmer MacFarlane, Keith MacFarlane, Kenneth MacFarlane, all of West Bend, Wis.; and a niece, Mrs Roy Ebert of Milwaukee, Wis.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mrs. Jennie MacFarlane Sands and Addie MacFarlane.
Also, an infant brother and sister, Charles D. and Sarah E. McFarlane.
