The spelling of Mrs. Wade's name is confirmed on her death record (source: WV Vital Research death record). Also, her death record lists her residence as Minnehaha Springs,
and gives the cemetery as "Wade Cemetery Douthard Creek Minniehaha Springs W.Va." We thought it was possible she may be buried in the "North Fork Alderman Cemetery" which is listed on Find-A-Grave and is located off Douthard Creek
Road.
